These terms cover how you use this website and how bookings with JSL Studios work. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy.
Booking requests
Sending the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed when Josh replies with a time and you accept it. Until then, no slot is held.
Cancellations and no-shows
If you cannot make a confirmed appointment, let Josh know as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean future bookings need to be confirmed by phone first.
Prices
Any prices shown on this site are indicative. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of your booking or in the chair before the cut starts. Prices include GST.
Children
A parent or guardian makes the booking for a child and stays on the premises during the cut.
Information on this site
The descriptions of cuts and styles are general guidance. What suits you depends on your hair, and Josh will tell you honestly if what you have asked for will not work.
Your details
By sending a booking request you agree that we may use your details to reply and manage the appointment. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
